FIXED TYPE SURFACE AERATOR
Fixed aerator in 0.5HP – 20HP power range is designed so as to work smoothly at a fixed water level. These aerators are made of mild steel or stainless steel as per the requirement of the client. FRP lining can be done on the fixed aerator made of mild steel.
FLOATING TYPE SURFACE AERATOR
Floating aerators, in the power range of 1.5 HP – 20HP are constructed with high quality FRP materials and are designed so as to work in variable water level. Rotating parts and the parts of the aerator in contact with water are made of stainless steel Since these aerators have heavy thrust bearing systems they work quite free of trouble for 24 hours.
CHEMICAL MIXING STIRRERS
We fabricate these stirrers on the mild steel structure to suit your tank. The stirrers include stainless steel impeller and suitable blades. This system assures required mixing in your tank. We have common stirrers too that can function in a 3-4 compartment tank with a single motor.
FLASH MIXER/AGITATOR
Our flash mixer system in which any purifying chemical can be mixed to the effluents, works round the clock smoothly consuming less power. We fabricate this at any size suiting the dimension of the concrete tank. Besides we have designed common flash mixers/ agitators that do the mixing in more than one tank with a single motor.
FLOCCULATOR
We make two types of flocculation system; vertical and horizontal. We are more experienced in the making of horizontal flocculator. This is specially designed so as to function at variable speed with a single motor. Flocculators of required size are available in MS or SS
CLARIFIER / SLUDGE THICKNER
Our clarifiers and sludge thickeners work in centre driven method. The double gear box and thrust bearing arrangement of this system ensure 24 hours trouble fee running. This system is functioning very successfully in scores of factories and hospitals in Kerala..
FRP TANKS
We fabricate FRP tanks for various needs using high quality FRP products aimed at chemical protection including 3-4 compartment tanks for waste water treatment. Based on the strength lining we fabricate the tank in MS with FRP lining.
SAND AND CARBON FILTERS
We provide premium quality pressure sand filters and carbon filters up to 2.5 meter diameter for filtering water through a bed of media. We make and fabricate sand and carbon filters in MS and SS that can be used in waste water treatment plant and drinking water treatment plant. We also supply top and bottom flanged type filters and does FRP / Rubber lining in MS filters.
FABRICATED TREATMENT PLANTS
We fabricate full treatment plants in MS/SS according to the requirements of the clients. These units relieve you from the headache of civil works. Apart from that these units can be shifted to a convenient new place if needed.
DIFFUSED AERATION SYSTEM
Our diffused Aeration system is a total unit with blowers, one set of diffusers and all the necessary equipments. This system consists of fine bubble diffusers and course bubble diffusers. Reputed brand blower and diffuser are used in this system.
